Exchange Policy

 

EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENT

  • Products must be in new condition (unwashed) with all the tags intact.
  • Please do send the product back within 7 days of receiving the product or it might be sent back.
  • Any order that consists of Free Products such as Vests cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

  •  Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by us and have undergone a quality control check. 

  •  Exchange is only possible once per order.

  • In case you return a wrong/different product to the warehouse, the seller will not be liable.

Exchanges might happen in one of three situations listed below.

1) Damaged /Wrong product delivered.

If you receive a damaged/wrong product ,you need to apply for exchange on our website within 7days of delivery ,uploading couple of pictures of product .

Alternatively you can  Whatsapp us by clicking on whatsapp icon displayed at right corner, with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7days from the date of delivery. 

In case if there's any manufacturing defect, we will arrange the reverse pickup at our own cost.

99% of the time the products are defect-free and are passed through a double quality check. The defect will only be identified on receiving the goods at our warehouse. The replacement will be shipped after Quality control of the product is sent back.

You will get same product exchanged.

 

 2) Exchange for size issues .

If you want to do size exchange ,you need to apply for exchange on our website within 7 days of delivery.

Alternatively you can  Whatsapp us by clicking on whatsapp icon displayed at right corner, with your order number within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Free exchange will be provided.

 

3) Exchange for different product/ colour.

If you want to exchange for different product or colour ,you need to apply for exchange on our website within 7 days of delivery.

Alternatively you can  Whatsapp us by clicking on whatsapp icon displayed at right corner, with your order number within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For such exchange , Customer will have to pay one way shipping  fee of 75Rs per product.

Please realize that we bear cost of shipping which is 1.5x the cost of forward shipping (your delivery). Basically, costing is delivery + pickup cost. Hence we charge a nominal fees for the reversepickup.
